Virtual Personal Training

A great option for you if you aren’t in the Bay Area, or have a busy travel schedule, and still want to get strong. Our virtual personal training sessions take world class coaching and individualized program design to you, wherever you are. No equipment? Some equipment? Stuck in a hotel room? No problem. We got you covered. Our coaches will adapt with you. This way, you never miss a workout.

Small Group Training

The group classes at The Strength Collective are the epitome of who we are and what we stand for. Lift each other up and support each other in your pursuit to greater strength. Each class combines world class coaching with a precise program that focuses on optimizing and strengthening primary movement patterns. 60 minute sessions designed to get you in, get you moving, and have you leaving feeling great.

Virtual Small Group Training

Love the feel of a group training class, but too far away to attend a class in person? Our virtual group training class bottles up all the goodness that The Strength Collective has to offer and delivers it to your home. Wherever you are. Follow along as our coaches lead you through the warm up, the workout, and the cool down.
